Has anyone here ever had a parasite before?

I keep thinking I have had a parasite for years myself. I suffer from IBS, ever since my gall bladder surgery 5 years ago. My anxiety does not help as that makes me sick too and accentuated the IBS, but I figure why would most of us mot have parasites when we deal so closely with livestock? Undercooked food is a culprit too, and I make sure to always cook my meat well. But salads are another issue.

Is there a reputable place on line I can check out a parasite cleanse to purchase? Do they make you sick to your stomach?
I droll at night and sometimes get the itchyness down the nether regions, I figured it was hemmoroids. A few months ago I read that drs can only identify 10% of parasites, I gave up wanting them to do a stool sample, plus I hear the meds they give you Perythin? (cant spell it) will make you sick to your stomach. I cannot have that, I am sick all the time as it is but would rather take something hearbal anyway. I do not doo well with too much onions and garlic, they make my stomach upset too as they stay with me a while.

This is pretty much how I felt, except I didn't have anything itchy and I didn't have gallbladder surgery. Look for an herbalist in your area, or a natural healing person. The herbs they give you are very effective, and not toxic. The tincture I took was safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, which was my main concern.

But I did get sick after I took the herbs. The herbalist said it was because the worms give off toxins as they die and it makes you ill. The second dose I took two weeks later (to rid of any hatching eggs) didn't make me sick at all.

So were you sick for like only a day or longer? Cause I do not know I could do it if I had to work that day or something.

Nothing horrible happened, not throwing up or diarrhea, I just felt like I had some kind of bad high and as if my body might explode any second. I tasted the tincture too, it was nasty! It lasted right about 24 hours, then I suddenly felt fine. It depends on what you do for work, and I think people react differently to it.

I might take it on a Saturday, if you're off on the weekend. Then you should be perfectly fine by Monday.

i like raw oysters, sushi, and rare meats, also, lived on a farm most of my young life. I was positive that I had parasites, so went on a cleanse a couple years ago. the problem was that it lasted 3 weeks, and really made me feel ill. a few days after I finished it - I felt fabulous! lots of energy, clear skin, no stomach problems.
the problem is that I still eat raw oysters, sushi, and rare meat and am starting to feel badly again.. i just don't want to do the 3 week cleanse again , as I remember how sick it made me - and would like to know where to get a faster remedy that will take care of the parasites??

My Brother rinsed his toothbrush under the tap water in France and got intestinal parasites.
He should have known better. He had live in Europe for years, dummy brother

A doctor in Germany was the one who finally diagnosed the problem and gave him the treatment but by then the parasites had done damage to his intestinal system. He suffers from intestinal distress now and then.

I worked with a guy who had gone swimming in a stream in Africa. He got some sort of weird blood parasite and had to have his blood drained and new blood replaced every two years. He went to Europe for that. I have no idea why they couldn't kill that parasite.
Again, he should have known better but ?????????

Some people drink ACV (apple cider vinegar) for killing intenal parasites, they claim it works. I have no idea if it does.

What I took was parmelia lichen tincture and it worked great. There are other things you can also take, like grape fruit seed extract (GSE), or a combination of black walnut and a couple other herbs. Just google search herbalist for your area and I bet you'll find someone!

In Louisville, Ky there is a place called Weeds of Eden (located in the highlands) the dudes name is Myron. When my Dh last seen him he was still in med school finishing to become a physican's assistant. Real nice guy, he mixed a tincture for my Dh's hypothyroidism and goiters ....
it worked my Dh has no need to take synthetic meds any longer and that was four years ago
