Orders require flexibility because some breeds are sold out and some are only available in small numbers. Others are unavailable until next year. Good luck placing an order

I have! They are hard to deal with, horrible customer service, chicks were not healthy and many were not to standard. Me nor the friends I ordered from won't use them again.

No excuse for that bounced refund check though! I will certainly be looking elsewhere. Thanks, y'all

I have multiple times. I did live a lot closer than I do now, and the usps was in a much better state for processing live bird shipments.

As long as you're not looking for exhibition birds, and not invested in modern technology for instant communication, the process was fine. Each time I received what I ordered. One year I had to wait a little longer for one order to be fufilled, but they sent it before the end of the summer. So I was happy.

I provided a list of substitutions and was willing to be flexible.
