Has anyone seen this in a chicken before?

This is our hen Tinkerbell. As she started developing, I noticed that she had what looked like a bump on her spine. I thought, well, she is probably not going to live very long. But as she aged, her tail started growing down and to the side. She has one tail feather that sticks out like a normal tail would. She has never acted sick or anything, so I figure she has scoliosis or something. She lays every day and is perfectly happy, I am just wondering if anyone has heard of or seen this in a chicken

I am guessing that most people would cull a chicken like this. I don't know how many people told me to cull our sweet Penelope. She has an incredibly crooked beak, and she has never had a problem with it. Can you imagine how many chicks would grow into nice healthy hens if people would just give them a chance???

Here is a picture of Penelope.
