Has anyone tried Egglettes?

Much cheaper than the instant pot and a bit easier, try one of the cheap egg cookers. There are tons of them for <$20 that use just a few tablespoons of water to cook 6+ eggs. Here is an example:

They steam the eggs which usually makes the eggs easier to peel. I don't like the poaching feature, but the for soft-hard boiled eggs they are fabulous. I was really skeptical at first, but after seeing mine, my neighbors (and biggest consumer of gift eggs from my girls) got one as well and are really happy with it.

As for the egglettes - I think I would rather have my eggs done in an egg coddler:

I've eaten my share of microwaved eggs. The texture isn't so good, whether or not they're carcinogenic. While edible, they just aren't good. Classic cooking methods are best for eggs, and the extra time it takes to prepare them is worth it. My 4 kids won't even eat microwaved eggs. If you haven't had microwaved eggs before, you can expect them to be spongy.

I've been using the silicone egglettes for awhile now & they make great boiled eggs. I use coconut oil (MCT), also from Amazon (I like organic Nutiva). I've tried sprays (didn't like the taste), olive oil (same issue), but the coconut oil did well. I like mine completely cooked, so I boiled them for 16 minutes and got a dozen cooked eggs which kept us in cooked eggs for the week.
