Is the total cost for their door $200? I find their website a tad unclear/confusing...

I called Foy's. Their model is nice with the battery operation and the autosensor. However, to get their year's guarantee, you have to buy their door, so with that and shipping you are looking at about $250. Since I don't know much about electronics, I am seriously considering this model. I don't know all the details, but the battery operated version of the chikcencoopdoor.com brand is $324.

I think I'm leaning more towards that one - like the idea of the photo sensor... Seems to be worth the big bucks!
