Has anyone used this 15-egg incubator?

I'm a first timer at incubating eggs and I'm trying to find an affordable incubator online. My friend is going to lend me her Brinsea Mini, but I'm buying at least a dozen eggs. I'm considering this 15-egg incubator, but I can't find any reviews online (probably because it's from China). I know I will have to monitor temp/humidity on my own and possibly use a towel or styrofoam packing to maintain temps, but I really am on a budget. Any help?

I'm also considering the Janoul 12 incubator, but reviews say that it can't really hold 12 large eggs: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Egg-Incubat...078859?hash=item3f61c289cb:g:IG4AAOSwuMFUgXHa

Thanks so much for the advice!

Thanks! I scanned through these, but it doesn't look like anyone has reviewed these incubators. Maybe that's a sign! :)

It could well be. Not sure that the cost of the Brinsea Octagon Eco 20 is over there - but theres a thread on it, I have seen.
