⠀ Has the feed recipe changed??

Thank you so much for doing this! I was just noticing that in the last two bags of feed I have purchased (medicated chick starter) the grains I used to see in it are gone, and instead of crumbles it is basically just dust. Because I feed it fermented, not dry, this is not really a problem, but I wanted to know if the feed recipe changed without my being aware of it?

No, we have not changed the formula, but what may have happened is you got a few bags that should have been "set off". When we start up the mixer with a new batch of feed, protocol calls for the first and last several bags to be set aside, as they (especially the last bags) will have more of the fines in them. We have a 100% guarantee, so if you are not happy with the product, please return it for new product.
