Has this roosters comb been dubbed?

Hi all, I haven't posted in awhile. I picked up this little guy and his girlfriend at a flea market (I know, not the greatest decision), they are in quarantine.

Has his comb been dubbed? They were sold to me as BB red OEGB which I believe they are, (the hen I know for sure is bb red oegb) and I'm pretty sure his comb has been dubbed just really badly. Or is it malformed? I can get different pictures if needed. He's the sweetest little guy! Thanks!

Oh yea, I didn't think about that. I have a big rooster that got frostbite last winter. Froze all his poor comb tips off.

Yes, if he was dubbed his wattles and earlobes would have been removed as well.

Thanks all! I thought that when they were dubbed it was waddled and comb and all the way to the skin.
