has your chick ever hatch within 3 hours

Well i have a broody and she is on day 21 this morning I heard peeping and the egg was moving around alot but I was wondering if chicks always hatch at 24hours

they can hatch from pip to running around in a couple hours to a few days. temperature differences, humidity differences, even difference in the protein in the parent's feed can be a factor.
