Yeah, i was confused bc I thought dove babies needed milk. That makes sense. mama dove is probably very confuzzled as to why a fuzzy giant is sitting on her baby

Yeah, I’d just let the mother keep taking care of it. Seems like it’s definitely been being fed and well taken care of so no need to interfere.

Oh my goodness! This thread is the best! In just 12 posts, this has made my day! Please share more if possible. I'd love to see your hen sitting on it and footage of the mama dove visiting/feeding. Animals are amazing.
