Yeah I was afraid of that, the GS is mostly for personal protection after a scary experience. My AS have done great at farm protection, except when they drag skunk carcasses to the houseGS is not going to like the birds as to the generations of breeding that was done. The AS Is breed to be with livestock.

Thank you! I probably will, as my other goats were super easy to care for as babiesAwwww... I've bottle raised many a baby goat. So much fun.I hope she does too! If I can help in anyway feel free to pm me.
Just pm me what the situation is and any symptoms she has and what has been done so far for her. What her milk intake is...it's a lot I know but the more info the better I can help. And I don't all there is to know by any means, but I'll help you find someone who does or search for it.Thank you! I probably will, as my other goats were super easy to care for as babies
I appreciate that so much! Right now she is with the breeder, I don't know when she will let me take her home so I'm just being patient (which is hard!!) Nigerian Dwarf Goats are so neat, but they can be pricey which is why I get ones who aren't the quality breeders wanted.Just pm me what the situation is and any symptoms she has and what has been done so far for her. That's great. They are sweet little goats. I do the same. And work at improving them as you can, if breeding is what you are after, or just enjoy the cute Lil buggers and know you're giving it a good home it may not have had otherwise.I appreciate that so much! They likes the warm.... I have 10 outside cats that want in the warm. Told them they needed to use the litter box, not the floor, the desk, the laundry....

Thank you. There is a breed i really want and the chicks are ALOT in money but if i order hatching eggs...idk. Like you said, the risk. It is a risk ordering luve as well which i learned. Ordered 25 and 2 passed within hours. So tiny. Made me sad.Eggs are a risk. You can order 20 eggs and get none to hatch, 20 to hatch or any number in between. It also gives you a chance to get some new blood in the flock.
Shipped eggs are a big gamble. There are people that are selling hatching eggs they purchased elsewhere. Some people relist the eggs they get in an auction. I have gotten eggs that were not fertile and the seller found out her rooster was not doing his job.
For me, I know the risks and the husband lets me have a certain amount to try new sources for eggs. I also have a list of sellers I trust and will buy from all the time.
Oh wow....do you mind my asking what kind?Thank you. There is a breed i really want and the chicks are ALOT in money but if i order hatching eggs...idk. Like you said, the risk. It is a risk ordering luve as well which i learned. Ordered 25 and 2 passed within hours. So tiny. Made me sad.
