I have never given anybody food poisoning in all the years I have been cooking. My sister has several times. So many times that she was not allowed to cook anything. I was always at work working an extra shift when she cooked. lol

She cooked for the family for my brother's 18th birthday. I was away with friends and missed it. Everybody there had to go to the ER.

So my eggs should be here tomorrow. I give the mail lady a heads up. She tells me that the PO 45 minutes away will call me to pick up the eggs. I was a bit shocked. I have lived in multiple states and have never ever had to drive to the PO 45 minutes away vs my local PO 15 minutes away to get chicks. And I have never in my life had to go pick up hatching eggs at the PO. They do not fall under the restricted items for shipping.
They better have my eggs here at my house tomorrow or I am going to be making calls to DC.

I have good news... My granddaughter squeezed her little behind under the milk room and got the eggs...18
I can't see in em well, they are darker shells, but I stuck em in the bator and will candle again in a few days and see if I can tell if any are developing..

One more reason I hate living in Kentucky. Never had issues in WI or PA like we do here with the PO.
I told the husband we hit the lottery I am out of here so fast. I have a dream list of places I would buy and move to. Husband says we hit the lottery we will do a "fake" divorce and move out of here and sell this place moving elsewhere.
