Hatch-Along - Eggs set in November, due December, anyone?

It's day 20 for me today. It's going to be a loooongggg day. Your chickens are very pretty, Candyman, especially your rooster. What breed is he??
3D Did you get your humidity up over 55.If not i have very good luck with soaking wet wash rags sort of opened up to some extent.I use 2 That humidity should raise ti 70 in no timr.Put thrm undrr vent holes. Then you can add water with a syringe or bastor when you need more.55 is pretty low to hatch 65 would be better.Good Luck to all the hatchers.!

Well the last one made it halfway out before it died. But the chick was deformed anyway.. It had crossbeak and was literally missing one eye socket............
Do you think this was beyond my control? I had them shipped. Or can physical deformities be caused by the incubators?
Either way I'm going to toss this lg and get a hovabator Genesis next week. I haven't had great luck with this bator ever.
Hatching is amazing but at the same time heartbreaking. I feel responsible for the death of 10 fully formed embryos.
But I'm really glad I have four amazingly healthy babies out of this.
I'll take pictures soon... They really are adorable :)

Sorry trying to reply on my cell i have problems.Snowpetal..it is most likey shipped eggs.IDont feel too bad. am always saying this but hatch rate on shipped is iow.I feel good if i get 2 and 4 i am happy Shipped they can die any stage of incubation Genesis is a good choice.Love mine

I hope my hatch turns out like yours, Candyman! It's day 20 for me. I wonder when I will be able to hear them peeping or see them wiggling...
I really hope they hatch! I will give news of when they make progress towards hatching. I took a day off school to make sure that if they hatched early, I could help them. Am I obsessed? Yes. Yes I am. :weee

By the way, the environment where I live has little to no humidity, and I can't seem to get the humidity above 30 or 40 in my incubator... I sprayed some water on the walls inside, but it's not improving any. Maybe the hygrometer is broken... It isn't steaming on the windows though. What do I do?? What will happen if I can't raise it enough?? Will they be stuck to the shells? Will it hurt them a lot?? :cd <-- me. lol

Sorry 3 D using my phine and its replying before i reply! Anyway. humidity....surface water is whats important .Try opening your wash rags flat as you can and soaking wet ones.Depth of water wont helpWash rags are good as the babys when hatched cant cliam in and drowned in them
