Sophie is the reason why I got rid of the rooster. She is very slowly growing her feathers back.

Hope is so pretty, and I can see why you would get rid of your roo. my new RIR hens are not laying and I only have four and 3 turkeys, but going to increase my flock I really miss my other chickens, these girls are not that friendly bought them from a farm supply, home raised vs bought sure are different in temperament.

Did you buy them as chicks? How old are they now?

I did buy them as chicks and now they r a few months old
