Hatch at day 19

What do I do should I help ? I have a feeling he's stuck because of the saddle shaped air cell, but I've candled and well I can't see a beak in the air sac so is he stuck?

Hi all, I had a pleasant surprise today with a day 19 barred rock chick. I keep my temperature ~ 100° F . I use Farm Innovator Incubator that I modified with a digital control and calibrated with a fever thermometer and auto turner. The hatch rate has been between 90 and 100%.
