Hatch day fears

Help please!
Hi all. I have a homemade incubator which I have perfected, well maybe perfected isn't the right word....its been tweaked tediously over a half year period. I built it because I live on a pond that was full of ducks that is now down to one set of parent mallards...or rouens maybe. They sure look like malkards to me and I'm in ne Arkansas. However from a pic I posted it was told to me they were rouens not mallards. Anyway....
She, Momma I call her, laid an egg by my flower garden, and as an animal lover I couldn't help it. I have three middle school age kids and I wanted them to experience it with me for the first time.
After a couple more sporadically laid eggs and all never developing I decided to really research and build a proper incubator.
After much elbow grease and a jaw dropped husband ( he didn't know I could use tools like that. Neither did I) support, I finally am on hatch day of 3 chicken eggs.
I had no idea they were chickens. I bought 6 duck eggs lol.
So the other 3 eggs will be joining the party in a few days I guess.
But I really need some expert advice please. One of the chicken eggs us medium brown. Its the only one that hasn't internally pipped and I candled it ONLY because it quit rocking and I thought it may have given up.
Its still moving in there but it looks really dry inside.
My inc is made from a deep Rubbermaid tub. Well insulated, so I don't lose humidity from opening quickly like you might from a more shallow inc.
Humidity is between 63-67 constantly, temp avg is now 98.5 since I dropped it down a degree for hatch.
Please help!
