The chick looks like it may be ready to come out. Pull the membrane back slowly. The chicks may start to kick. There should be a little bleeding.

Most likely and I bet they are ready to come out to since this chick was. They look like the have pipped only a small piece of the shell because they probably can't move enough to start zipping the shell.

what do i need to do? let it attached to the egg?

I would leave it attached to the egg after a few hours it will dry out and fall off, if it doesn't fall off after a while and it looks like it's dried out you can use scissors and clip it off. Ours had this happen and she is fine no.
