Hatch day HELP

Hi there

its day 21 and my hen has got off the nest and is having a dust bath, scratching about and eating.
She's been off the nest for about 15 mins now.
Is this ok for the eggs. not known any of my hens to do this on hatch day.

I'm guessing she has returned to the nest by now, but everything should be fine with the eggs.

Panic over. She went back to the eggs and am pleased to say we had one hatch yesterday. Hoping for more today. Had a panic at 5am when a fox was in the garden. Made all my chickens go mad. Luckily I can see them from my bedroom so ran out there and scared it off.

Today is 27 day lockdown and 4 of my guinea eggs have cracked their shell but none of the shell has fallen off. Is this normal? Will it take awhile before a piece of the egg shell falls off?
