Hatch Days Help?

Thanks everyone. The hatch is not going well at all, so I haven't had time to post any pics.
Several chicks are OK, but when one came out with splayed legs, I started opening to incubator to take care of it (a long story on its own) but a couple of the chicks came out sticky, or stuck this morning. Also several eggs haven't hatched, now day 23 for them. Should I wait or candle and assess the position (I didn't know how or why to do this at day 14)

This has been so traumatic for me I'm not sure I'll ever try again. Just trying to decide what to do about the remaining eggs.

It's all a learning curve if you do it again it will go better, again after that better yet. Learning with animals can be traumatic, from hens eating babies, too many Roos mistakes happen.
