I have had chickens ever since I was a kid, so I would say 40+ years of experience with chickens. The reason why u dont eat the eggs from a hen on antibiotics is bcuz the antibiotics that are used on livestock can get a human sick due to the antibiotics not meant for humans. The other reason is that the antibiotics make the eggs tast bad. Now about incubation..... I have Never Ever Ever Ever had Any problems with incubating eggs from a hen on antibiotics. I have incubated hundreds of eggs from hen on antibiotics. I had 95-100% success rate on the eggs hatching with NO deformities and or health issues. Healthy happy chickens, and roosters now. Let me ask u all this question.....Do pregnant women have their babies aborted everytime they have to be put on antibiotics for toxcidia or any other type of infections? No they don't and the babies are healthy. So yes u can incubate eggs from a hen on antibiotics.
