Hatch Help...OUICK PLEASE!!!

I am hatching eggs for the first time. This morning when I woke up I saw that 3 of the eggs had pips. It has been since 8 am and it is now almost 5pm and nothing else. Just the same small holes...I do hear cheeping. What is going on, are they OK? I am worried that they may be sticking to the membranes. What can I do??? PLEASE help!!!

Ok, first take a deep breath. Do not help the chick at this point. They can take easily 24 hours from pip to hatch and sometimes longer. They are still absorbing the yolk at this point and are not ready. So, go to bed this evening and you should be rewarded with some chicks in the morning!

I agree with Chickengrl... much better to wait than to try to help them now.
