If I put my eggs in on Oct 10 when is day 21 for me

Depends on what time of day it was when u put them in. Before noon it would be day 31 after would be nov 1st. It also depends on the temps. If you keep it around 100 they could hatch a day early. That is what I have discovered so far. I"m no pro at it though.
