Hatch Rates

I ordered 24 quail eggs and ended up with 32. At first I worried I'd have to many but then i was told only between only between 40 to 70% hatch. I'm curious, how many eggs did you start with and how many hatched? Just satisfying my own curiosity while the days tick by waiting for our first batch to hatch.

Hey I set about 90 and got about 50 to hatch out so thats close to 50% on my last hatch.

I ordered 14, received 18, and only 2 hatched.
But, there were extenuating circumstances when the mailman stuffed the box of eggs vertically into my mailbox where they sat for 7 hours before I got home from work.

Yeah shipped eggs are a huge risk, my eggs were local not shipped

We are just counting down the days now to see what we end up with. Since it's our first time we've been worried about temp flux and humidity. Hopefully at least a few will make it.
