After a bad hatch of heritage Delaware eggs. I tried a dry test hatch of five eggs. Four out of five hatched. It looks like dry hatch from now on.

After a bad hatch of heritage Delaware eggs. I tried a dry test hatch of five eggs. Four out of five hatched. It looks like dry hatch from now on.

I have two incubators running right now... The first, my Hova Bator still air I started out keeping humidity at 50%.. I think it was about ten days in was told and I agreed the air cells were to big still, let the water evap and commenced to doing a dry hatch, they look better but still maybe a few days behind what they should be... Second borrowed incubator and it is 10 days behind the first and total dry hatch, they are spot on where they should be... I lock down the first batch on Wednesday and will be interested in the difference between the two incubators.. I am hatching Turkey, chicken and Geese in the first and Turkey and Chicken in the second..
