Hatched 6/22 still not walking?

Looked like the toes on one foot were curled so I made a boot. It's still not walking just hobbles/flops around. I gave it some water with polyvisol and sugar it ate a couple bites of yogurt. It is super tiny I can't put it in with my other chicks it's just too little. The only one that hatched I might add. The other chicks are 2 and a half weeks and 3 weeks. All silkies.

with my last hach i had 2 chicks like this but they were born too early i think maybe my temp was too high. they did not make it after a couple days...sorry

Does it scoot around on it's hocks? Is the tendon possibly slipped? Is the hock flat and swollen? Does it maybe have spraddle leg? Have you tried giving vitamins in case it's caused by a deficiency?
