Hatched chick can’t walk

My hen hatched 18 chicks and found this one under the bunch when I went to separate mom and babies from everybody. Is this normal? Anyway to help? Can’t stand, seems to not be using one foot.

It looks like he has curled toes. Here is an article on Corrective “shoes” for chicks that you hopefully find helpful.
