I hatched my first chicks ever yesterday. There are two silkies, and my question is how long they take to fluff up. One of them is almost all fluffy, but the feathers on its back are still down. The other only has fluff on its feet. It has been about 24 hours since they hatched. They are however completely dry, the feathers just feel crusty. Should I do something, or is this normal?
