Hatched Cochin chick looking bad

I'm new to incubating chickens and I got anxious and guess I helped the chick to early and it didn't come out good. It has an exposed navel and has a really squishy stomach and doesn't stand or open its eyes. However, it peeps and wiggles around the incubator. Any ideas what is wrong with him? Any help is appreciated.
Also, it hasn't fluffed up yet and it's been over half a day since it hatched.

The chick is fine now, but I still don't know wat was wrong.

He might just have been really tired after hatching. Also, his stomach might have been soft because he had just finished absorbing the yolk sac. Glad he's doing better now!
