Hatched some babies today and got a surprise!

Well not all of them were. I put a few silkie eggs under a broody but it was not long after I separated the flock. I had a blue orpington and a couple of buff silkies in with my b/b/s silkiies. Well Here is what I got.

Buff x blue/black silkie: Very nice chick, just not a correct color.

silkie x orpington?
