Should the hatched early birds be separated from the ones still working their way out? -- 5 out of 15 are a couple of hours old, and starting to move around a lot, thus moving and rolling the later ones. Would it help out the slower ones if they were not disturbed so much? They are all on a flat surface in the incubator.

A broody hen doesn’t send her first ones to hatch from the nest. She lets them crawl around under her with the unhatched eggs. I don’t open the incubator until the hatch is over unless I have a specific problem. I personally don’t consider what you describe to be a problem. I’ve had plenty hatch that were rolled around by the first chicks to hatch.
