Hatched with bumps

Hello- I have a Old English Game chick that just hatched. It appears to have tiny bumps all over its skin. I have it separated from other recently hatched siblings just in case. As it is drying out, it seems they’re attached to the base of feathers possibly. Can anyone give me an idea of what this could be?

Can you get a better photo in different lighting? I’m not sure what I’m looking at.

Chick seems completely fine. Drying off and acting normally. The bumps appear to be attached to the base of feathers. I’ll post a better picture in the morning. What I posted was supposed to be a video. Sorry!

Chick is fluffed out now and still kinda hard to see. It’s bumps attached to feathers I believe.
