Hatchery Polish

Has anyone else had problems raising hatchery silver laced polish? I've raised three batches from three hatcheries, (Meyer, Hoover's, Ideal) all mixed colors (WCB, silver, gold, and buff) and each time lost most of the silvers. The latest batch I lost every single silver, and all the other colors thrived. Is this just a bad coincidence? Or are they somehow weaker?

I think the silvers are weaker, I ordered twelve from Cackle Hatchery, and they all died except for three, two of which were picked off by predators (I can't win), so I ordered some more from Mypetchicken, two died right away, but the rest seem to be thriving.
