Of the hatcheries on your list, I've ordered chicks on several occasions from Murray McMurray, Cackle Hatchery, and Ideal Poultry and have been satisfied with the birds and service of all three of them, however my favorite hatchery is Dunlap Hatchery in Caldwell, Idaho. They are a family run hatchery, smaller than the other three (or Meyer), but the folks at Dunlap are very friendly and helpful, and I love their birds and service. I've never lost a single chick in shipping from Dunlap I can't say that about the other three).
