This chick came from the pulley bin from a feed store. Are sapphire Gems still sexed

linked and if so does this make this chick a cockerel??

Yes they are sex-linked, if it is a Sapphire gem it looks like it has a hint of a white spot on it's head, meaning a male.

Agreed, if it's a Sapphire Gem it's likely male. If it's an Olive Egger, it could be either gender, because both males and females can be barred.

These two chicks are Saphire Gems from a hatchery. Because I do not see a white spot they should be pullets, correct?
