Hatchery Special Chick - What Breed am I?

I received a "Special" chick with my hatchery order. He's grown up so beautiful so far! Currently 5 weeks old and in every way an awesome little roo. This is Chipmunk.
Because of his green legs I considered he might be an EE. His ear muffs were more defined when he was a fuzzball, but they haven't bushed yet, and I can't tell if he's going to grow a beard yet or not. His throat feathers are gray and may bush out into a beard.

So, Ameracauna, EE, or something else?

I love the cool gray with red/gold feathers in EEs. As you may notice my profile pic is of a very special Roo I had, named Wyatt. He was gorgeous. I lost him to an unknown illness within two months of purchasing him as an "ameracauna" from a country bumpkin who didn't know better. But when you want a beautiful rooster, you can't beat $5.

I have a special place for EEs in my heart! My baby girl pepper was the best chicken ever! she got ill and she passed away! I loved that chicken!
