Hatching 🐣 time!! If anyone would like to follow along 😁

Ah ok, I see. With the vitamin E I would probably try to get that straight in her mouth so it can start working quickly. What are you feeding her?
Are you also sure it’s a vitamin deficiency? And should I treat the parent flock for anything?

I fed her a little chick starter mashed with water
When I put it on her beak she does drink it but if you think that’s better I’ll try it
I'd just see if you can maybe get more into her that way. I'm sure she won't like it either though.
Sometimes I'll lightly boil an egg to where the yolk stays runny and then give them the yolk if I have an unwell chick. They usually like the taste of it a lot, but if not you can syringe feed it to them. Eggs have good levels of selenium too.

It does look like wry neck to me, but it's hard without seeing her in person. Did she hatch that way or did it suddenly develop?

She hatched with sort of a version of it I think, kept holding her head to the side and jerking it up, but she could stand and walk and make her neck normal, it got worse overnight

Unless she was positioned really poorly in the egg and screwed it up while hatching. Was she an assisted hatch?

How do you get her beak open?
