Hatching 16 duck eggs

How is the egg doing?

I’m sorry. I hatched a duckling from my ducks and he grew up to an adult duck(his name was pip)but then he got an abscess on he’s wing and he didn’t make it. The hardest part was that he was doing much better and then one day I went to put them up and he was just floating in the water dead. I was so sad. but anyway hear are those pictures! Wow thats so sad! But those other ducks seem to really like you! Here's the duckling, he is the ONLY survivor of the breaker trip, the last egg died today I think. He needs a good name.
Any ideas?

Aww there so cute! Do you have your ducks indoors often or just while there ducklings? When ours grow up stay put side

When they are ducking they stay in the house and when they get older they stay in the garage then when they’re around 3-4 weeks they move to the coop. They have an indoor coop and an outdoor coop but soon I’m going to make a bigger run out of the indoor coops old fence. Here’s a picture. One was taken in late winter. Do you have any pictures of your coop?

One more question, did that duckling come from your silver appleyard ducks? Or do you have different breeds?

I'll try to get a picture, they can live under our porch but ussaly just hang out in the pond or by the trees. I can't get a picture right now but I'll try to today.

We have silver appleyards and a roeun type duck. Adventally my hope is to have just silver appleyards. I think he came from my silver appleyard female but the other male did something that the females don't like. My silver appleyards hate that male

Yeah my Silver Appleyards like there Silver Appleyard drake, but despise the Rouen drake
