Hatching 60 hours early

Should I be worried. I saved up for 7 days to put these in the incubator on the 4th at midnight

Nothing to worry about though your hatch rate may have suffered some and some may not have absorbed yolk sack that early.

Setting midnight of 4th you'd expect them midnight the 25th, starting 24 hours prior and ending by midnight 26th. If they were bantam then hatching two days early is normal. If not bantam then make a note on your thermometer to adjust half to full degree colder for next hatching session.

I'm assuming you were shooting for a 25th day hatch? When you set your eggs, day 1 starts 24 hours after you set. So you don't count the day you set. To have midnight on the 24th be your 21 days you would need to have set them midnight on the 3rd. Not that it would have mattered in your case since they decided they weren't even going to wait for that. With that being said, when you say "hatching" are they actually zipping and coming out of the shell, or are they just starting to pip? It takes on the average, anywhere between 12-24 hours for them to actually hatch after they have made their external pip.

I done the 4th because it was a week prior to the 11th for the new years hatch along and I was told you can save them for a week.

When I first posted one was out walking around. Now there are 5 out. One is kind of upside down with a cord stuck to the shell. I can leave the chicks in there for 2 or 3 days right? I want to pull them out but don't want to risk the others not hatching.

Yes, they can stay in the bator for 2-3 days. (I don't leave them in, but many people are opposed to opening the bator until the hatch is complete.) Congrats on the hatchers!!

Well my last egg has a hole in it now. If this hatches I will have 100% hatch rate!
