Hatching Advice needed please. !!!

Day 23. A pip found at 2.30 am this morning. That’s 10 hours now. Beak has not broken through the membrane. No further development. Hear the odd Faint. peep. Egg not moving around. Humidity 68% temp 37.5 c . Do I need to make an air hole through the membrane if chick doesn’t do it by 12 hours?

Are there any other eggs inside? I will leave it a little bit longer, got chicks that took a full day to hatch. I assisted a stuck chicken before and no joke it took me a full day to free her from the shell.

If there's a hole in the shell chickie is getting air. Give it a full 24 hours after you first see the pip before considering assisting. They tend to have a really quiet phase between the first pip and zipping. Also i find most of mine make a secondary pip several hours before they actually start zipping too. So don't worry too much if there's another crack and no progress right away.

Ok so it was really struggling to get the shell of .13 hour later still not poked through and only able to lift it up and down . I literally touched it and it fell off. The progress is very very slow . Will it be ok? It has taken 3 hours to get from first pic to second . No other pips or zips

Still looks normal. Membrane looks good. Give it time.

It's hard to see anything but blue. Is the membrane white, or brown?
