Hatching Advice?

Hello Folks!
I'm new to hatching, just got an octagon 20 and am going to hatch some eggs in january. I was wondering if anyone had any advice about hatching and how to get the best hatch rates. Thanks!

Get all set up for more then a week and keep records of what
temp is doing that whole time before you put the eggs in this
way you have a good understanding what your new incubator
is doing before the egg's go in and clean out the incubator
with vinegar this is going to be the most important part clean
before use and after big difference in the hatch rate ......
