No, that's just what happens to the shell as they begin to hatch..All looks fine to me..Just keep watching and waiting..Soon it should hatch...

You pictures look like a normal zip to me. I was worried because sometimes they don't loose enough moisture and sometimes there's an amber colored fluid that they can inhale, but this does not appear to be the case with your egg.
