Was it in the incubator or with it's mother? Wherever it is it needs to be warm so either in the incubator or left under the hen. Mine have taken up to 36 hours to fully come out.

Not sure first timer here :)

Was no hatching yesterday evening around 8pm
We just we to get eggs and my husband heard chirping

We are at 88 degrees 99 with the humidity in tn.
It is on a towel covering heating pad
And a heat lamp
Should i put it back with the mom or leave it here

The mom is in the main nesting box and the other lady's make their way in. Is why we thought to move it inside where the other on died like this yesterday

Heating pad is good, don't need the heat lamp. Arch the heating pad/make a cave, put the egg in the center, needs room to break out of the shell.

Sounds like all your hens are using the same nest?
The one that died, was there any injury/bleeding?
Was it out of the shell just laying there, nothing looking wrong?

It's possible there's more fertile eggs out there, you could candle the eggs under the hen to check. Your choice whether to return or try to complete the hatch indoors. IF it's the only chick, they're social creatures, set up a brooder with a mirror, cozy stuffed animal and use the heating pad for warmth - Check out the thread by Blooie on the MHP, heating pad instead of heat lamp in the brooder mimicking hen.
