Heating pad is good, don't need the heat lamp. Arch the heating pad/make a cave, put the egg in the center, needs room to break out of the shell.
Sounds like all your hens are using the same nest?
They are... a ton of nesting boxes all the same but she had to go broody in that box and she will let them come lay an egg and drink and eat then push them out as soon as they pop the egg out. I tried blocking her off several times and 3 main buddy hens found ways every time to get in. So I gave up and it has been smoother then when she was blocked off
Rig up a brooder, read up on MHP by Blooie & watch for more hatching chicks. You may want to candle eggs in the nest this evening, remove any that looks close to hatching AND collect eggs more often.
