Good Morning fellow feathered friends 🐣🐓🐥🐤 I have a chick that hatched in my incubator she is strong, adorable, and vocal. I had since introduced to our broody hen that has sat on these eggs until 4 hatched. I moved the other unhatched eggs into incubator(hen has only so much space under her. So I felt it was best to get the other 4 eggs in the incubator. 1 hatched yesterday and we successfully introduced the chick to her and she accepted it....we kept checking throughout the day) 1 hatched out today and left this in her egg. What is it? None of the others had that. My other question is about the white egg in the other pictures below. Is the chick alive? We could see it move before but no movement now. Should I be patient? Put a safety hole? Thank you guys for being so helpful and friendly.

The first 2 pictures I think are leftover yolk, she just didn’t finish the yolk when she hatched. That’s fine. As for the unhatched egg, I don’t think she’s alive 😔. But you can wait and see if anything changes, although I don’t have much hope.I just had to post something, it seems no one was answering you post! 😅

Thank you for replying. Yes the second one had died. I thought that it did but was just hoping I was wrong. I did a safety hole and looked inside still no movement. I'm not sure what happened to it. We had a great first hatching we had 8 eggs growing and we have 6 cute fluffy chicks.
