Hatching chickens for the first tim

I'd go ahead and leave the chick alone. When it is ready to hatch, it should.

Another question i'm having to help the chick for the egg we broke does the the membrane that surround the check the blood vessels are very small so he's absorbing them but is the yoke absorbed before he absorbs all the blood from the membranes
 
Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/hatching-eggs-101 Really nice article from the Learning Center ... the yolk sack should be absorbed before he hatches and the blood veins receded, sometimes they do have an unabsorbed yolk sack, the article has some links on dealing with that.
 
We managed to get the chick out of the egg safely he seems to be doing very well is in the incubator drying off right now his yoke sac was completely absorbed in his body you can see the little area on his belly where it went there was some white stuff in the bottom of the egg but other than that he seems okay now I'm just keep my fingers crossed that he survives night
