Hatching chicks keep dying

this is my first time incubating. I’ve had two chicks hatch but then hours later they die. When they’ve come out they can’t stand up or lift their heads. Anyone have ideas why they keep dying ?

My guess would be genetics, Marek's disease, or the heat lamp temperature.
