Hatching chicks need help

I’ll just leave it alone since the others are starting to pip.. and it’s chirping loud enough to hear

I have used iodine on an unabsorbed yolk, about the size of a dime, 2x day to help dry it up. Worked great.

You'll just have to wait at this stage. It needs to rest and dry. Once dry and trying to walk you can flip it over and get a better pic of its bottom.

the chick has its eyes closed, not sure if that’s normal but for now he’s chirping in that little container and seems fine but no movement of anything

Yes it will take Possibly up to 12 to 24 hours for it to get up. Fingers crossed it improves with time.

Does he look like he’s surviving?
