You should not see any liquid any where at this point. It is not in the air cell, just floating around it.
Can you describe this technique please?I have been practicing the x scraping technique to help chicks for a while so that I'll be ready just in case.
Oh... Does that mean that it died?...You should not see any liquid any where at this point.
I placed the carton in a open space and elevated. Also wrapped in a towel. Can you describe this technique please?
I've never heard of it.
Is your egg carton in a box or an enclosed small area?
Next time you try this you should try to keep the heating pad inside of a small container of done sort to try to keep the heat in the container.
Oh.I placed the carton in a open space and elevated. Also wrapped in a towel.
People mark eggs around the air sac area repeatedly with a dull thing writing a x until they reach the membrane then they stop, this allows the chick to breath.
Probably.Oh... Does that mean that it died?...
Open space is not good.I placed the carton in a open space and elevated. Also wrapped in a towel.

It managed to stay at a steady temp recently.Open space is not good.
How is a heart ng pad going to keep the eggs at a steady temp this way?
You need to keep the area around the eggs a steady temp for this to work.
I know, but just in case, I have the ability to do it safely when I need it.Oh.
It is never a good idea to put a hole in an egg unless you are positive it has internally pipped.
