Ok I know this is probably for the forum on Hatching and Incubating but bear with me as this is my favorite forum.

I have been wanting to get an incubator and some more rare eggs for fun just to see them hatch and then raise them from literally BABY chix. Can anyone recommend a incubator, place to get one, and place to get the chix? I would be very grateful...I"M HOOKED!

The best small incubator that gives you the biggest bang for your buck is the hovabator genesis 1588 by GQF . It is essentially a plug n' play style. Plug it in, get it up to temp, add eggs and water and 21 days you should have some chicks. The thermostat is regulated for the perfect temp and I have never had a spike.

If you can afford it get the tuner. You'll be glad you did.
