Hatching day advice! Should the eggs be moving?

CONGRATS!!! They hatch at different times a lot so those others may be on their way. I candle if there is no external pip and no other babies working on zipping out of their egg

One has pipped! I wish this girl wasn't kicking them around so much. The other I'm attaching a pic of. I can't see much. Doesn't look like an internal pop to me. I steamed my bathroom so hopefully that won't affect the one that has pipped. I feel like I can see a slight movement of the bottom, maybe breathing. Could just be my eyes.

I’d just keep the humidity up and wait. I don’t see an internal pip in those pix.

I'd leave it too. I can't see a pip either.
But the blood vessels, if that's what I I'm seeing, look good. It may just be a little late.
The new girl will be fine in with the eggs. Once she's dry you can move her.

Fyi, for future hatching, once they start a full zip action, they should only pause for a minute or two at a time. If they stop part way around, and stay stopped for more than 15-30 minutes, it's safe to do what you did by continuing the zip for them. They will usually kick out in your hand. Sometimes they just get tired and rest too long, then get stuck. But once they fully start a zip, they should be ready to finish.

The last candling pic... The air cell isn't drawn down, so as long as it doesn't smell, I'd leave it till the other one hatches, then candle again. But i suspect it's a quitter.

What does that mean, a quitter? Anything I can do about it? I feel like it's alive in there now.

A quitter is a chick that has given up and died. It can happen for many reasons, and is very common in all stages of incubation, the first first week more common than the rest. I hope yours is doing well! Did you see any movement when you candled? If you saw no movement, it isn’t necessarily a death sentence, but movement would be nice. I hope they hatch for you!

That could be slight movement. Don't give up on it just yet. If it doesn't hatch tonight recandle in the morning.
